  • Do you accept returns/exchanges over and above what customers are entitled to by law (i.e., a replacement/repair for a minor fault or refund for a major fault)? We do! Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery assuming proof of purchase and the product has not been damaged by you.
  • Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you? As above, 14 days.

  • To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched? Dublin with An Post and Australia with AP. Order processing takes up to 72 hours.
  • Where are your packages shipped from? Brisbane and Dublin.
